We're looking for a motivated and experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of the tools and systems that support Rivian's Service & Support organization. You will play a critical role in empowering our frontline teams, from inbound call center agents to vehicle technicians, by providing them with the tools they need to complete their work efficiently. You will also be part of a team that is transforming the automotive adventure for thousands of customers.
Responsibilities
• Become an expert in our frontline operations: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze workflows within Service & Support to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will not only work with internal systems, but you’ll also be powering a best-in-class, effortless customer service experience.
• Define and champion a product vision and strategy: Create a compelling roadmap for that aligns with the company's strategic goals of improving operational efficiency and delivering a best in class customer experience. Your work will have a direct impact on Rivian's growth.
• Translate user needs into detailed product specifications: Work with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define user stories and prioritize features that address critical needs, such as consolidating information and eliminating data silos.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle: Oversee the development, testing, and launch of internal tools, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. This includes managing integrations with our CRM and ERP systems.
• Drive adoption and measure success: Develop strategies to encourage the adoption of new tools and features. Track key metrics to measure the impact of your products on user productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Embrace AI/ML: Research and evaluate opportunities to use AI/ML technologies to automate manual processes, enhance decision-making, and further optimize our internal tools.
• Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and service operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Communicate effectively: Clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
• Proven experience: You have at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on building and scaling operational systems.
• User-centric approach: You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Technical proficiency: You are familiar with various software development methodologies and technologies. Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset: You have strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success.

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $167,400 - $209,300 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)
