ABOUT THE ROLE:
• We're seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with high-impact partners such as eCommerce platforms, fintech companies, SaaS providers, and merchant service ecosystems
• You'll take ownership of partner relationships post-sale—leading onboarding, implementation, and scaling efforts. Your goal will be to transform each partnership into a thriving, value-driven collaboration. This includes integrating our platform into partner ecosystems, launching joint go-to-market initiatives, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and adoption
• This is a high-impact role that blends strategic vision, execution, and strong relationship management. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and passionate about building partnerships that grow and evolve over time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own post-sale partner relationships, leading onboarding, implementation, and long-term success strategies
• Develop and execute growth plans that drive adoption and maximize partner value
• Identify new ways to embed our platform into partner ecosystems (e.g., integrations, co-branded tools, embedded finance)
• Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales
• Manage joint go-to-market efforts, including campaigns, training sessions, webinars, and events
• Serve as the internal champion for partners—ensuring execution, alignment, and measurable results
• Monitor account performance and use insights to improve outcomes and satisfaction
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain consistent communication with partners
• Stay current on industry trends and partner developments to uncover new opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5–8 years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or customer success
• Background in eCommerce, fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms strongly preferred
• Proven ability to grow partnerships through co-marketing, product integrations, and strategic collaboration
• Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape and related tools/platforms
• Strong track record of turning strategic plans into actionable initiatives
• Experience managing post-sale handoffs and building long-term partner success
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM tools, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
If you're excited to play a key role in expanding high-impact partnerships and driving long-term growth, we'd love to hear from you.
We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, including minorities and persons with disabilities.
