The Role We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to be a key partner to the leadership team as the company continues scaling. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role will be responsible for building FP&A processes from the ground up, delivering critical financial insights, and supporting decision-making at the highest level. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, be confident in financial modeling, and bring a strategic mindset to a consumer-focused, subscription-driven business model. Responsibilities • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes • Build dynamic financial models to evaluate new initiatives, including pricing strategies, CAC/LTV analysis, and expansion opportunities • Deliver monthly performance reporting with insights on revenue, gross margin, and operating costs • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to evaluate ROI and optimize spend • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising support, including scenario modeling What We Need to See (Essential) • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Experience working in a high-growth, VC/PE-backed consumer or ecommerce environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We’d Like to See (Bonus) • Prior experience in subscription/DTC models (e.g., CPG, ecommerce, etc) • A personal passion for pets and wellness Package: $150,000 - $200,000 Location: Fully Remote If this role is of interest, please send your CV over to audrey.sellers@harmonicfinance.com for a full briefing on the role and company.
