• Experience in consumer electronics with or as a retailer.
• Experience with vendor management, marketing or sales in e-commerce channels.
• Experience in a hardware company or a retailer in account management, buying, go-to-market, channel management or channel marketing.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and scale effectively across a large organization.
• Ability to plan and manage both strategically and operationally to successfully launch new products in the market.
• Excellent execution skills with the ability to distill data into meaningful and coherent stories.
About the jobAs a part of the Devices and Services Partnerships team, you will drive the global adoption of Google's hardware portfolio by developing and executing consumer go-to-market strategies with retailers and carriers. You will manage go-to-market planning for key accounts, negotiate agreements and collaborate cross-functionally to plan sales and marketing initiatives.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
• Lead new product introductions, manage retail readiness tracking and reporting and develop presentations for retail and external partners.
• Develop and manage promotional and pricing strategies, including analysis, budgeting and volume goals.
• Build relationships with key partners and discuss joint promotion activities and retail activation.
• Report on performance and market dynamics to adjust strategies as needed.
• Design end-of-life and product transition strategies.
