About the Role
The Strategic Projects Manager will lead and drive the Group’s key initiatives across portfolio monitoring, business excellence, and efficiency projects, leveraging extensive experience at the intersection of eCommerce, finance, and strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with C-level visibility, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and adapting rapidly across diverse organizational structures. Responsibilities include monitoring a portfolio of major group projects, providing insights and strategic recommendations, directly managing high-impact business excellence initiatives, and implementing project management best practices and governance frameworks. The candidate’s background in strategy, corporate development, investor relations, and operational execution, demonstrated through leading business planning, commercial reorganizations, assortment expansions, and platform revamp projects at top eCommerce companies, align strongly with this role.
What you'll do
• Monitor and track the Group’s major project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for acceleration.
• Prepare insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Directly manage and deliver high-impact Business Excellence initiatives, from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners to drive project success and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards across the Group.
• Lead and facilitate knowledge-sharing, training sessions, and community engagement to build a strong project management culture.
• Translate project and business data into clear performance decks, dashboards, and reports for C-level stakeholders.
• Apply financial, strategic, and operational expertise to evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and impact on overall business performance.
• Identify and integrate AI tools and data-driven solutions to improve project monitoring, reporting, and execution efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc support on strategic initiatives, corporate development opportunities, or investor-related projects where required.
