The Sage Group’s client, a beloved tech delivery company, is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager, with basic SQL experience and a big plus having marketing experience in ecommerce and or grocery. • Example focus areas for this role include driving the strategic initiative forward by coordinating cross-functional engagement and performing analyses on key performance metrics Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with a large stakeholder groups on meetings, deep dives, and action items and prepare content for leadership meetings • Pull weekly performance metrics and work with metrics owners to understand trends/commentary, and ad-hoc supporting supplemental analyses as needed • Act as secondary support across functional teams, deep diving into functional areas to support this strategic initiative as well as supporting execution Requirements: • BS/BA degree • 3-5+ years of work experience, consulting, project management in ecommerce, grocery a plus • Experience with data analysis including basic SQL, google sheets - Sigma experience a plus • Marketing experience a plus, for GTM and grow execution support • Excellent communication Duration: 3 months with potential extension Location: 100% remote in USA, bonus for Eastern Time Zone and New England locations Compensation: $52-62hr DOE
