Title: Studio Admin Assistant
Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £25k+ (depending on experience)

Wiggy Kit is a luxury womenswear brand was founded in 2015 by British designer Wiggy Hindmarch, with the aim of creating a range of beautiful styles versatile enough to be worn both on far-flung getaways and at home in town. The company has grown strongly year on year, now offering multiple collections year round to their loyal customer base.
The Role:
Wiggy Kit is looking for a Studio Admin Assistant to assist the production team as well as marketing and e-commerce team in the day to day running of the business. This is an important and exciting position with lots of opportunities for growth and a great role for someone looking to work in a creative industry. The appointment requires an ability to work both autonomously as well as a central part of the team.
• Permanent Role
• Full time, 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
• Based in West London Offices
• Start date - ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES - including, but not limited to:
• Assisting the production team with all aspects of sampling and production:
• Sample coordination
• Management of trims
• Communication with factories and suppliers
• Booking in of shipments
• Placing of purchase orders for sampling cloth
• Liaising with fulfilment centre for all bulk style deliveries
• Processing of invoices
• Assisting with e-commerce and marketing team:
• Process and logging gifting requests for the PR team
• Process courier collections for gifted items
• Input data on Shopify for product launches
• Assisting with wider administrative studio tasks:
• Placing orders for all product packaging
• Sending studio shipments
• Stock coordination for pop-up shop, sample sales and for the wider team
• Organisation and planning of e-commerce & cut out photo shoots
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone with common sense who is organised, proactive, and positive with a willingness to get stuck into the job role. This is an exciting period of growth for the brand having just celebrated our 10th anniversary and we are seeking someone who can expand their career at Wiggy Kit and become a key cog in our growing team.
Essential skills:
• Ability to work well independently in a face paced environment
• Can understand and adapt to the needs of a luxury brand
• Pro-active attitude and problem solver
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Can support the whole team and business throughout the fashion cycle and seasons
• Excellent time management skills and multi-tasker
• Can take initiative and own the role
• Confident in Microsoft Office suite of software
• Willingness to travel for work events/pop ups
• Keenness to learn
Non-essential skills:
• Photoshop and InDesign experience
• Shopify platform working knowledge
