At a glance:
This is a senior level position driving our digital marketing transformation while leading our Digital Strategy and supporting our Digital Media Team. This role is part of the agencyβs leadership team.
The SVP, Digital Marketing will have a strong performance marketing mindset and have demonstrated cross-channel strategic experience with an emphasis on optimizing the customer journey through digital connections.
This role will also help to integrate our Creative and Strategy capabilities to drive a more digitally focused mindset as it relates to media, creative, data, technology, platforms, and services. The position will oversee a team of 15+ media professionals specializing in video, paid social and paid search.
The location of this role can be remote, but travel and accommodating meetings in different times zones is required.

β’ Lead Digital Strategy:
β’ Drive cross-channel strategic thinking with an emphasis on optimizing the customer journey through digital connections
β’ Utilize technical expertise to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize digital channels, and improve overall business performance
β’ Establish clear digital performance measurements and KPIs that enable a clear connection to client objectives and strategies
β’ Digital Marketing Transformation Oversight:
β’ Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy to drive innovation, business growth, and enhance customer experience
β’ Stay ahead of emerging digital technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge and foster a culture of innovation
β’ Contribute digital media recommendations across agency and continue to drive the Digital Marketing practice areas
β’ Guide the company through the integration of digital technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
β’ Team & Client Leadership:
β’ Drive digital strategy for new business and provide senior leadership for existing client accounts
β’ Promotes internal tools and processes like RainMAP and RainONE and identify operational efficiencies within Rain
β’ Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, promoting continuous learning and collaboration
β’ Work collaboratively and functionally across Rain teams: IMI, Media Planning, Digital Media, Creative, Strategy, and Analytics
