Location: Kansas City, MO or Stamford, CT Required Skills and Experience: • 3+ years in a Systems Analyst or Programmer Analyst role • Hands-on experience with database systems and SQL (SQL Server, DB2) • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Experience in systems analysis, preferably within ecommerce or digital platforms. • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration principles. • Ability to work across multiple teams and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban). • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and notification services is a plus. • Comfortable working in a cloud-enabled environment, though deep cloud expertise is not required. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience Job Description We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to join a growing digital team and help drive ecommerce innovation across a rental platform.
