Technical Co-Founder – Symacore Remote · 25–30 % founding equity · 10 % of first-six-month pilot revenue · modest stipend once pilots convert Why Symacore exists Generative search and edge AI are eating into publishers’ traffic. Symacore is building an edge-native optimization engine that: • Makes real-time UX & SEO decisions in < 20 ms at the POP • Personalizes content delivery so sites stay visible—even as SGE rolls out We’ve defined the MVP and are in conversations with pilot customers in e-commerce and publishing. Now we need a technical co-founder to turn architecture into production and help shape our roadmap. What you’ll own in the first 12 months • month 1: Stand up Cloudflare Workers runtime, design KV/Durable-Objects schema, build CI/CD & safe-canary rollout pipeline. Build front-end / dashboard. • month 2-3: Ship decision-engine v1 (TypeScript + Go/Rust WASM module), onboard first pilot traffic with p95 < 150 ms • month 4-6: Harden multi-POP failover & GDPR compliance, initiate SOC-2 groundwork, and recruit the first 1–2 engineers once pilots are live.
