Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager with expertise in B2C digital/e-commerce front-end development to join our team. This role focuses on transforming the web acquisition experience. The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with UX teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with the scrum team, defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to gather functional requirements, oversee implementation, validate outcomes, and manage the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience.
• Define and communicate detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Gather and define functional and non-functional requirements for the scrum team.
• Manage product development, including requirements gathering, project planning, and budgeting.
• Oversee test design, execution, and release management.
• Develop and maintain a long-term tactical roadmap aligned with peer Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Utilize data insights and voice of the customer (VOC) to drive product decisions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager with B2C digital/e-commerce front-end expertise.
• Strong partnership and influence with UX teams.
• Expertise in middle and lower acquisition funnels.
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to articulate customer value.
• Experience in software engineering and working through the SDLC.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner following an engineering background.
