About the Role: As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with development teams to sustain, enhance, and deliver vital projects that drive the organization forward. You’ll influence and support a variety of initiatives, including sustaining Reservation APIs and ensuring seamless integration for bookings, add-ons, and modifications. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Support and enhance middleware systems, including Reservation APIs and add-ons. β€’ Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. β€’ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver and refine technical products and services. β€’ Write detailed and actionable user stories for technical teams. β€’ Proficiently manage backlogs and workflows in Jira. β€’ Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning activities. β€’ Translate ideas into implementable features or enhancements while managing competing priorities. Preferred Candidate Qualifications: β€’ 4-7 years of product management experience, ideally with reservation management systems or eCommerce platforms. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. β€’ Strong technical product management experience, with an understanding of middleware systems. β€’ Proven ability to work in an agile environment, write user stories, and manage backlogs in Jira. β€’ Comfortable solving problems in ambiguous environments with frequent changes while staying focused and adaptable. β€’ A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information to make effective decisions. β€’ Engagement in continuous improvement and optimization of processes and features. β€’ Experience working on eCommerce booking systems, payment reconciliation, and availability/rate/inventory management services. β€’ Knowledge of A/B testing methods and consumer research analysis. β€’ Passion for ensuring smooth transitions and data migration during system enhancements without disruptions. β€’ Master’s Degree, MBA, or relevant technical certifications.
