About the Role: As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with development teams to sustain, enhance, and deliver vital projects that drive the organization forward. You’ll influence and support a variety of initiatives, including sustaining Reservation APIs and ensuring seamless integration for bookings, add-ons, and modifications. Key Responsibilities: • Support and enhance middleware systems, including Reservation APIs and add-ons. • Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver and refine technical products and services. • Write detailed and actionable user stories for technical teams. • Proficiently manage backlogs and workflows in Jira. • Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning activities. • Translate ideas into implementable features or enhancements while managing competing priorities. Preferred Candidate Qualifications: • 4-7 years of product management experience, ideally with reservation management systems or eCommerce platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • Strong technical product management experience, with an understanding of middleware systems. • Proven ability to work in an agile environment, write user stories, and manage backlogs in Jira. • Comfortable solving problems in ambiguous environments with frequent changes while staying focused and adaptable. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information to make effective decisions. • Engagement in continuous improvement and optimization of processes and features. • Experience working on eCommerce booking systems, payment reconciliation, and availability/rate/inventory management services. • Knowledge of A/B testing methods and consumer research analysis. • Passion for ensuring smooth transitions and data migration during system enhancements without disruptions. • Master’s Degree, MBA, or relevant technical certifications.
