Role description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager local to the New York City area to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. This person will drive cross-functional digital initiatives in the retail space, manage project execution end-to-end, and collaborate closely with teams using Adobe tools and modern project management platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and manage digital retail projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
β’ Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, acting as the key liaison.
β’ Coordinate and track project tasks using Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, manage risks, and resolve issues effectively.
β’ Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers using tools in the Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Target.
β’ Ensure successful data integration and alignment across digital platforms and retail systems.
β’ Monitor KPIs and project health, providing transparent updates to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in digital and retail environments.
β’ Strong knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem, especially Adobe Target.
β’ Hands-on experience with Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
β’ Solid understanding of data integration, APIs, and digital platform connectivity.
β’ Must have experience working in the retail domain with a clear understanding of digital customer experiences.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsβmust be confident interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
β’ Local to NYC, NY β availability to work onsite 2 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with other Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
β’ PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
