About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated Technical SEO Manager who will serve as our tech specialist for one of our premier partners. This role bridges the gap between strategy and technical execution by identifying site structure opportunities, collaborating with our partner and their clients’ development and marketing teams, and building automations and data solutions that enhance our team's capabilities and client organic performance. You'll identify website architecture needs and translate them into scalable solutions that improve workflow efficiency and service delivery. Candidates must present themselves professionally and be able to speak intelligently about a holistic SEO strategy. Though content will not be their primary focus, they must be able to cover for colleagues when meeting conflicts arise or assist projects when others are out of the office. Responsibilities: β€’ Identify technical site opportunities and potential limitations impacting search performance of the clients’ websites β€’ Perform site crawls to identify opportunities, errors, and site progress β€’ Implement and manage automated systems for monitoring technical SEO health across client websites β€’ Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including, engineering, marketing, product, and partner teams β€’ Demonstrate a deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and confidently guide a client through specific, actionable next steps to improve page speed instead of relying solely on automated tool outputs β€’ Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency across the client portfolio β€’ Develop custom tools and automations to streamline SEO workflows β€’ Stay up to date with current SEO trends and AI large language models β€’ SEO performance reporting and monitoring Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred β€’ 5+ years of experience in technical SEO roles β€’ Experience working with ecommerce businesses and enterprises β€’ Technical SEO experience, including internal linking optimization, schema markup, CWV, and indexation health β€’ Experience in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, rank tracking tools (like Semrush), crawlers (like Screamingfrog) β€’ Expertise in HTML, JSON, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to investigate SEO challenges, develop scripts or tools, and integrate APIs β€’ Data visualization expertise with the ability to create compelling, actionable dashboards and deliver insights in reports β€’ Problem-solving orientation with the ability to translate manual processes into automated solutions β€’ Advanced programming skills in Python with experience in data science libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, etc.) and AI/ML integration are a plus, particularly in content automation and data analysis applications β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines β€’ Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets β€’ Self-motivated and action-oriented β€’ Remote work experience with strong self-management β€’ Excellent communication skills Work Modality: β€’ Remote Benefits: In addition to your salary, you are entitled to: β€’ Unlimited paid time off (PTO) β€’ Company-matching 401(k) β€’ Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Our Commitment Previsible is an equal opportunity employer.
