We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT professional to serve as a technology business partner for the NA Ventures business unit. This role is responsible for engaging stakeholders to drive IT strategy roadmap and delivering technology projects across functions. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with core ERP, DTC and WMS platforms including NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in aligning NA Ventures business goals with IT strategy and roadmap development. • Ensure IT services align with evolving business strategies through collaboration with Venture cross functional leadership • Serve as a IT business partner for NA Ventures stakeholders, identifying and translating business needs into IT initiatives. • Manage the end-to-end delivery of MDS projects for NA Ventures, ensuring milestones, timelines, and quality expectations are met. • Oversee project management activities including incident assignment, change management, and enhancement management. • Lead the support channels for NA Ventures business users. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field. • Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), ITIL are a plus. • 5-10 years of experience managing NetSuite ERP, e-commerce and Warehouse Management platforms. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven leadership with IT strategy and roadmap and implementation. • Proven experience acting as a business partner, managing technology initiatives. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills. • Project management expertise in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. • Experience with NetSuite, eCommerce, and WMS platform is a plus • Experience in the Ventures business domain or similar industries. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of East Hanover, NJ The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
