We are currently looking for a Territory Manager, Mainstream, Lifestyle, and Beauty to expand Lovehoney Group’s footprint across North and South America. This strategic role will focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth across wellness, lifestyle, and beauty retail sectors.
What You Will Do
• Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to secure new key accounts across mainstream, wellness, and beauty retail sectors.
• Research and identify high-potential retail partners using platforms such as LinkedIn, RangeMe, and industry databases.
• Create and present tailored business cases and pitches to internal stakeholders and potential partners.
• Represent Lovehoney Group at key industry trade shows and events.
• Act as the primary contact for key ecommerce and brick-and-mortar retail accounts in North America.
• Design and implement tailored sales and marketing programs for each account, driving growth through cooperative marketing and promotional efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care teams to support account success and product launches.
• Conduct store visits and ecommerce site audits to ensure merchandising excellence and brand consistency.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts with combined annual revenues exceeding $1M USD.
• Provide accurate brand and account-level sales forecasts and performance tracking.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to proactively adjust account strategies.
What You Should Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the consumer goods or retail sector.
• Proven success in securing listings with top-tier department stores, big-box retailers, or lifestyle ecommerce accounts.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar retail accounts with demonstrated year-over-year growth.
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel quarterly across North and South America.
