The North Face: eCommerce Project Manager The Ecommerce Project Manager will be the connection between multiple ecommerce business teams on all aspects of ecommerce enhancements. The role will proactively be involved in project/milestone planning along with requirement gathering compilation, task tracking, and documentation from go live plans, to acceptance of requirements. The scope of this role will cover all digital related projects: software, design, app, and digital marketing. Communication and ownership will be key while living the brand culture and values. This role is vital in providing efficiencies across both the US and Canada websites to deliver best-in-class customer experience for The North Face Americas. This role reports to the Director, eCommerce Operations and is hybrid, working 3 days/week from our headquarters in Denver, CO. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. β€’ Responsible for managing activities throughout the design, development, and QA process to meet the standards set by the Brand to drive seamless consumer interaction. β€’ Must be able to prioritize tasks based on business value, dependencies, and deadlines using analytics to make data-driven decisions. β€’ Communication and a basic understanding of agile methodologies will be key for success in this role. β€’ Partnerships across business teams, vendors, centralized IT, and production support to drive consumer-centric experiences. β€’ Organization and time management will be critical for this role as you will be working with several teams and requirements that can impact day-to-day operations. β€’ Working directly with the centralized Product owners to align delivery timelines, planning for user acceptance testing, and building operational go live plans. β€’ Continuously analyze the current process for ways to increase productivity and quality. β€’ Organizes communications between stakeholders to ensure continuity, end to end. β€’ Works with the internal and external QA Teams to plan and activate test cases within JIRA Test Case management following agile methodologies during both UAT and BAV. β€’ Works with Operations team to build success metrics and ensure the ability for ongoing monitoring of post-launch results through analysis and reporting. β€’ Drive continual product improvements and partner to inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing user research or enhancements needed out of delivery. β€’ Collaborate with key executive stakeholders, balancing competing interests and needs across the organization to arrive at a clear vision, communicating effectively, and aligning various partners along the way. β€’ Ability to coordinate and manage meetings among various stakeholders and lead group discussions with clear documentation. β€’ Drive socialization, demonstrations, and trainings on new business enhancements β€’ Builds lasting relationships with internal and external partners by creating ongoing value for both sides and ensuring outstanding communication and follow-through on commitments. β€’ Raises issues and conflicts as they arise. β€’ Serve as an ambassador for the Brand and align with cross functional teams. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience in Project Management and/or eCommerce Operations. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: β€’ Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms, APIs, release planning, development practices, and agile methodology β€’ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and practical organizational planning skills β€’ Nimble and flexible about changing priorities & business needs, and managing diverse teams & people β€’ Organized, self-starter who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment β€’ Must have experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets β€’ Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Core Media are a bonus but will not be required for this role. β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams Now WE have a question for YOU. Hiring Range: $86,400.00 USD - $108,000.00 USD annually Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
