We’re Silverstone Museum, located trackside at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit, and right now we’re looking for an organised, tech-savvy, and commercially minded Ticketing & Retail Coordinator to keep our ticketing and e-commerce systems running seamlessly while helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences. About the role :This permanent, full-time position is all about making sure our visitors’ journey — from booking tickets online to browsing our retail offer — is smooth, accurate, and engaging. You’ll be the go-to expert for our ticketing and retail platforms, managing system configuration, data analysis, and operational setup to support sales and customer engagement .You’ll set up new products, discounts, and capacity settings, ensure compliance with GDPR and PCI standards, and act as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues in partnership with our IT and system providers. You’ll also monitor performance, generate reports, and share insights that help the wider team make data-driven decisions .On the retail side, you’ll manage our e-commerce site and EPOS system, ensuring every product, event, membership, and promotion is accurate, well-presented, and aligned with our business priorities. You’ll track sales, support stock control, and work closely with the Retail and Marketing teams to deliver a consistent and compelling commercial offer both online and on site .This role is a mix of hands-on system management, commercial analysis, and cross-department collaboration — ideal for someone who thrives on detail, accuracy, and making processes run like clockwork .
