We are a dynamic TikTok Shop agency specializing in helping CPG brands across food & beverage, health, beauty, and other consumer categories grow their sales on TikTok Shop. We work with top Amazon brands and are looking for a driven professional to join our growing startup team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a TikTok Shop Account Manager to manage 6-9 client accounts and drive growth strategies across the TikTok Shop platform. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy
• Manage 6-9 TikTok Shop client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Develop and execute comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategies for CPG brands
• Create monthly budgets for creator partnerships and advertising campaigns
• Evaluate KPIs and drive data-informed strategic decisions
• Provide ecommerce consulting on listing optimization and promotional strategies
Affiliate & Creator Partnerships
• Negotiate and manage affiliate partnership contracts
• Work cross-functionally with our affiliate coordinator
• Stay organized with affiliate conversations and performance tracking
• Coach creators through video content to maximize sales conversion
• Drive innovative strategies to help brands overcome cold start phases
Creative & Content Strategy
• Develop creative strategy including creative briefs and scripting
• Generate viral video ideation and understand viral content mechanics
• Stay current on latest TikTok Shop trends and top-performing content
• Think of innovative, up-to-date approaches to brand growth
Advertising & Performance
• Manage TikTok advertising campaigns including Spark Ads
• Drive advertising strategy utilizing custom ads and GMV Max
• Analyze video performance and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Work cross-functionally with TikTok's internal team
Operations & Compliance
• Conduct account health audits and address violations
• Handle ecommerce operations including integration and order syncing from TikTok Shop
• Maintain compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in account management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and ecommerce
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
• Creative thinking and ideation capabilities
• Startup mentality with willingness to pave the way in a growing company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Background working with CPG brands, particularly in food & beverage, health, or beauty
• Experience with affiliate marketing and creator partnerships
• Knowledge of viral content creation and social media trends
• Familiarity with tools such as Growi, EUKA, Discord, Kalo Data (training provided)
• Previous experience at a marketing agency or startup environment
