Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with proven experience in managing Amazon and/or TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate will be confident working with high-volume product catalogues, ensuring product data, pricing, stock, promotions, and advertising campaigns are always accurate and optimised. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our marketplace presence, supporting growth across two of the fastest-growing e-commerce channels, with the opportunity to broaden your commercial skillset as you grow in the role.
What you’ll be doing:
As a TikTok & Amazon Marketplaces Operations Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and growing our product catalogue across both platforms. You will ensure smooth marketplace operations, from accurate product listings and ERP stock management to promotions and advertising execution, while supporting campaigns that drive traffic and sales. You will also gain exposure to the commercial side of e-commerce, building skills in pricing, profitability, and strategy over time.
Key Responsibilities (training will be provided as needed):
• Product Listings Management: Create, update, and optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, images, A+ content/PDPs) across Amazon and TikTok Shop and other marketplaces as needed.
• Storefront & Catalogue Maintenance: Oversee the presentation and organisation of brand storefronts to ensure a premium shopping experience. Resolve listing errors, suppressed products, or compliance issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Stock, Pricing & ERP Management: Monitor stock and pricing accuracy using our ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring systems are fully synced to prevent errors such as stockouts, overselling, or incorrect pricing.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Set up and manage promotions, coupons, discounts, and enrol products into platform-led campaigns to maximise visibility and sales.
• Advertising Management: Support the setup, monitoring, and reporting of Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns to ensure efficiency and performance against defined KPIs.
• TikTok Live Support: Occasionally assist with the operational setup and execution of TikTok Lives to support product launches and campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Support reporting on key operational KPIs (in-stock rates, listing health, buy box %, campaign results, ad spend/ROAS, etc.) to help drive ongoing improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and consistent marketplace operations.
• Commercial Development: As skills grow, contribute to pricing strategies, profitability reviews, and marketplace growth planning.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop operations.
• Strong understanding of marketplace tools, product listing optimisation, promotions, and cataloguing best practices.
• Exposure to Amazon Ads and/or TikTok Ads, with the ability to set up and monitor campaigns.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of SKUs.
• Confident troubleshooting operational or compliance issues within marketplace systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing bulk uploads and reports.
• Proactive, process-driven, and eager to learn commercial and strategic elements of marketplace growth.
Will Constitute an Advantage:
• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care categories.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite in particular) or similar inventory/operations tools.
• Experience supporting TikTok Live selling or marketplace-driven promotional campaigns.
• Familiarity with third-party marketplace tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Helium 10, DataSpark).
• Exposure to international marketplace operations.
