About us Located in Milton Keynes, F&F Stores is a rapidly scaling e-commerce company that first built strong foundations on Amazon and are now expanding aggressively into TikTok to capture the next wave of social commerce growth. We are looking for a TikTok Sales and Growth Lead who is more than just a platform operator, you will take full ownership of revenue on TikTok, guide operational strategies, and ensure sustainable, scalable growth. • Location: Office-based, in Milton Keynes • Contract: Full-time, Permanent • Number of vacancies: 1 • Salary: Up to £40,000 As the TikTok Sales and Growth Lead, you will act as the business owner for our TikTok channel. You’ll be responsible for setting strategy, leading execution, and ensuring TikTok becomes a major revenue stream for the company. You will guide the operations team on product launches, inventory planning, promotions, and new growth strategies, while directly managing influencers, campaigns, and paid ads to maximise sales performance. Key Duties: • Take full responsibility for sales and revenue performance on TikTok, setting ambitious growth targets and delivering results. • Define TikTok growth strategy and guide cross-functional teams (operations, studio) to align efforts for maximum impact. • Optimise product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to maximise conversions. • Work closely with the operations team to ensure product readiness, supply chain alignment, and launch strategies for new products. • Build and scale partnerships with creators, affiliates, and influencers to drive consistent traffic and sales. • Develop, execute, and optimise TikTok paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and implement insights to continually improve growth strategies. • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor moves to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Qualifications: • 5+ years in e-commerce growth roles with proven experience in TikTok Shop, TikTok paid ads, or influencer-driven commerce. • Background in Amazon FBA or marketplace operations with deep understanding of how to scale from Amazon to TikTok. • Demonstrated ability to own revenue targets and deliver measurable business results. • Strong leadership skills, able to guide operations and cross-functional teams with clear direction. • Expertise in TikTok algorithms, social commerce, and content-driven sales funnels. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with influencers/affiliates. • Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
