What We're Looking For: A TikTok Shop Manager who understands how to scale our TikTok Shop Affiliate program through short-form video, creator partnerships, and smart affiliate strategy. You’re deeply embedded in the TikTok ecosystem, know the ins and outs of Seller Center + Affiliate Center, and have a proven track record of managing creator programs and affiliate sales. You’re strategic, analytical, and hands-on, ready to build systems, lead seeding operations, scale video output, and grow revenue fast. You’re also an excellent communicator who can collaborate across teams and build strong creator relationships, all while keeping your eye on performance. What You’ll Do: Affiliate & Creator Growth • Scale a high-volume sampling program and track ROI. • Build and manage a Discord community for affiliates and creators. • Run monthly contests, bonuses, and incentive programs to keep creators posting 3–5x/week. • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing TikTok affiliates. • Develop commission structures, performance incentives, and promotional strategies. • Lead affiliate coaching sessions on content that converts and complies with FTC guidelines. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure affiliates have strong hooks, product education, and creative assets. • Track and analyze performance using TikTok Shop tools and third-party platforms. Operations & Scaling • Own backend dashboards, creator payouts, and offer testing. • Hire and manage support for outreach. • Coordinate with supply chain to forecast seeding volume and fulfillment timelines. • Build and mentor a high-performing in-house TikTok Shop team to support growth. Agency Oversight • Manage our current TikTok Shop agency with clear KPIs. • Set strategy, roadmap, and systems to transition key functions in-house. What You Bring: • Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including Seller Center and Affiliate Center. • Deep knowledge of TikTok's ecosystem, social commerce, and broader digital marketing trends. • A proven ability to grow creator programs and drive measurable sales performance. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset — you know what to optimize and why. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple brands or SKUs. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for both internal collaboration and creator management. • Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations is a strong advantage. • Thrive in fast-paced environments, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly to change. • Experience in wellness or beauty DTC brands is a big plus.
