Job Title: TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and creative TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate and creator partnership strategy on TikTok. This role is responsible for recruiting, activating, and optimizing a high-performing network of TikTok creators who drive traffic and conversions to our TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer/affiliate marketing, a deep understanding of TikTok culture and commerce, and a data-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard TikTok creators as affiliates to promote products via TikTok Shop. Manage relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners — from micro to macro tiers. Develop performance incentives, commission structures, and promotional strategies to drive sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure affiliates have the right content, product knowledge, and creative assets. Track and analyze affiliate performance (clicks, views, conversions, GMV) using TikTok Shop data tools and third-party tracking platforms. Stay ahead of TikTok trends and identify creators with high potential to convert within your product niche. Negotiate affiliate terms, manage budgets, and report on ROI. Ensure all creator content aligns with brand guidelines and FTC regulations. Lead coaching sessions for affiliates and be a subject matter expert on viral content to teach affiliates how to sell products. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, preferably with TikTok or short-form video platforms. Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop and TikTok video creation Proven ability to grow and manage an affiliate/creator portfolio with measurable sales results. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance (GMV, AOV, CAC). Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with TikTok Shop sellers or in social commerce. Network of TikTok creators across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, tech, or other relevant verticals. Knowledge of affiliate platforms (TikTok Affiliate Center, TikTok Seller Center, Discord, Kalodata Background in e-commerce, DTC brands, or agency-side influencer marketing.
