Overview
Weβre looking for a proactive and empathetic Community Coordinator to support our growing creator community. This role will be the first point of contact for creators, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and empowered to succeed. The ideal candidate has direct creator experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance day-to-day engagement with strategic analysis and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Creator Engagement & Support
β’ Respond promptly to creator questions, ensuring clarity and a supportive experience.
β’ Maintain active engagement across community platforms to foster connection and belonging.
β’ Act as the voice of the creators internally, relaying feedback and insights to relevant teams.
β’ Creator Experience Management
β’ Leverage hands-on creator/shop experience to understand challenges and provide tailored solutions.
β’ Guide creators through platform features, best practices, and growth opportunities.
β’ Data & Insights
β’ Collect, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics.
β’ Use data-driven insights to identify trends, inform programming, and measure success.
β’ Programming & Events
β’ Plan and host webinars that deliver value to the community.
β’ Support content development and facilitate group discussions or workshops.
β’ 1:1 Coaching & Management
β’ Provide personalized coaching sessions to creators, helping them optimize their shop presence and strategies.
β’ Develop and manage relationships with key community members to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
β’ Previous experience as a creator or in creator/shop-related ecosystems.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to host engaging webinars or online events.
β’ Data analysis experience (e.g., community metrics, performance tracking, dashboards).
β’ Empathy, patience, and adaptability when working with diverse creator needs.
β’ Organized self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and relationships simultaneously.

β’ Coaching, mentorship, or account management experience.
β’ Knowledge of e-commerce, creator economy trends, or digital marketing.
