We’re looking for a creator-obsessed, trend-savvy, results-driven TikTok Shop Creator Manager to lead our creator partnerships and drive sales through authentic, high-impact collaborations.
Role Overview
The TikTok Shop Creator Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our TikTok Shop creator strategy — from identifying and onboarding the right creators to optimizing campaign performance. You’ll blend creative strategy, influencer relations, and e-commerce performance marketing to turn creator partnerships into measurable revenue drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Strategy & Relationship Management
• Identify, vet, and recruit TikTok creators whose content, audience, and values align with our brand.
• Negotiate partnership terms, commission rates, and product seeding agreements to maximize ROI.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with creators, agencies, and TikTok Shop community managers.
Campaign Planning & Execution
• Develop creator briefs with clear creative direction, key messages, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with creators on concepts that balance brand storytelling with TikTok-native trends.
• Ensure product launches, promotions, and campaigns are amplified through the right creators.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor sales performance from each creator partnership through TikTok Shop analytics.
• Test and refine creator commission structures, campaign timing, and content formats.
• Provide actionable insights to improve sales conversion, reach, and engagement.
Trend Spotting & Creative Innovation
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, beauty niche conversations, and emerging creator talent.
• Suggest innovative content ideas, hooks, and formats that drive viral potential and sales.
Qualifications
• 2–4+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce — beauty, skincare, or cosmetics experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem, affiliate programs, and commission models.
• Proven track record of building creator campaigns that convert to sales.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple creator partnerships at once.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading dashboards, identifying trends, and optimizing strategy.
• Passion for beauty, social media culture, and content creation.
