Role description
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms and support customer order processing.
• Support in auditing product listings to ensure accuracy of descriptions, pricing and content across platforms.
• Assist in tracking key e-commerce metrics like sales performance, conversion rates, relevance of promotions etc.
• Conduct online research to explore marketing and sales strategies used by leading e-commerce brands.
• Help maintain smooth and efficient e-commerce workflows.
• Support logistics and fleet coordination for timely deliveries.
• Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute fresh ideas and observations.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and ensuring accuracy across online platforms.
• Support invoice tracking and stock coordination processes.
• Work with supply chain and logistics teams to help resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate in forecasting e-commerce demand based on trends and insights.
• Assist the Finance team with processing refunds and credits.
• Help ensure excellent customer experiences by responding to order-related inquiries.
• Work alongside the E-commerce Supervisor on special projects or challenging cases.
• Support issue resolution to minimize delays and disruptions in the order process.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
