The Role
Sitting within the E-Commerce team, the EMEA Content Team is responsible for bringing the UGG brand to life across all regional websites. By blending trade stories with the UGG brand voice, marketing activations, and key customer insights, the team remains consumer-obsessed, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Whether itβs collaborating with the Global team to localize campaigns for key market cities or analysing data to create more personalized customer journeys, the Content team works closely with stakeholders both within e-commerce and beyond.
Looking ahead, key priorities include winning in key market cities through targeted content strategies, advancing content segmentation and personalization initiatives, optimizing CMS and Salesforce platforms, and launching new features designed to further engage and inspire UGG customers.
Reporting to the Senior Content Producer and supporting the Senior Content Manager, collaborating closely with Content Developers and the Digital Design team, the Digital Assistant Content Producer will play a vital role in planning, briefing, and developing content specifically for UGGβs EMEA websites.
Your Impact
β’ Creating and tracking content briefs for handover for both design and development teams
β’ Build, schedule and publish content within the CMS CoreMedia and Salesforce
β’ Review and update HTML5 code for SFCC and CMS templates, requiring strong technical skills and the use of technical tools
β’ Working with internal teams to ensure content briefs are as complete as possible and delivered on time. Key stakeholders: Trade, CRM, Marketing, Brand, UX
β’ Preparing translations and quality assurance
β’ Working closely with content developers with Jira and ticket creations for sprint planning to ensure all content launches are timely and meet the brief
β’ Perform user acceptance testing for all content prior to launch
β’ Supporting Content team in personalization and localization, ensuring briefs are executed with specific customer groups in mind and supported by data
β’ Analysing and supporting content-centric data insights using FullStory alongside regular reporting
β’ Helping to troubleshoot issues and raising support requests where necessary
β’ Conducting competitor analysis to support the Content with insights and A/B test ideas, as well as frequent site walks to identify any issues in the user journey

β’ Analytical mind with great attention to detail
β’ Proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to spot areas for improvement and suggest potential solutions
β’ Ability to prioritize effectively in line with business objectives
We Would Love To Hear From People With
β’ Strong technical skills and understanding HTML code for SFCC updates, template development, and CMS use is essential
β’ Experience in Content e-commerce within fashion apparel or sports is essential
β’ Familiarity with CMS or UX platforms such as CoreMedia or Salesforce is desirable
β’ Previous exposure to sites running multiple projects campaigns across multiple brands, ideally in multiple languages
β’ Experience with creating content for multiple different consumers and plotting user journeys accordingly
β’ Familiarity with web analytical reporting tools Google Analytics and FullStory or similar
β’ Strong understanding of the role of Content within an e-commerce organization and team structure
