UK Head of Growth | Scale-up Remote (must be London based) £110,000+ Please note, you will need experience with launching a new product in the UK or to have built your own company in the UK. This fast-growing challenger brand has built impressive traction by combining innovative product development with a distinctive brand voice. With scale-up momentum behind it, the company is expanding rapidly and continues to disrupt a traditional category with a fresh, modern approach. This is a senior commercial leadership role where you’ll own the UK P&L, set ambitious growth targets, and build a scalable strategy. About the role • Take full ownership of the UK market performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term success. • Represent the brand externally, building strong visibility with media partners, creators, and communities. • Partner with global teams to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and fast delivery across all touchpoints. • Share market insights to influence product innovation, brand direction, and international expansion. About you • Significant experience in brand, marketing, or commercial leadership, ideally within consumer goods or high-growth environments. • Strong background in P&L ownership with a proven ability to hit ambitious targets. • Demonstrated success in leading senior, cross-functional teams and scaling market operations. • A strategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts and a passion for building brands that connect with consumers.
