Middle Level Prior experienced in US-based sales operator with early-stage SaaS experience is preferred Location: San Francisco/San Jose Language: English About the Role & US Market Expansion Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by 5,000+ brands globally, we are expanding into the United States and seeking a founding team member to lead this charge. This is not just a sales role. You will be building SleekFlow’s presence in a new market from the ground up—from winning early customers to shaping the local GTM strategy. You will bring strong ownership and execution across the full sales cycle, a sharp understanding of local buyer behavior, and a hands-on approach to building repeatable systems. This includes applying insights to refine product-market fit, contributing to content and onboarding strategies, and aligning closely with global teams. Over time, you’ll apply your leadership capabilities to manage the local team, drive performance metrics, and represent SleekFlow in the broader US ecosystem. There is also a potential opportunity for you to grow into the role of Country Manager for the market, allowing you to further shape our strategy and impact. Responsibilities • Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial prospecting and qualification to closing foundational deals and securing early market traction for key US customers. • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities within key US verticals. • Localize SleekFlow’s product pitch, messaging, and positioning to fit US-specific buyer needs • Drive outbound efforts and strategically experiment with inbound tactics (e.g., partner channels, SEO, events) to build pipeline. • Conduct interviews, customer discovery, and build insight reports on buyer personas and local competitors to inform product-market fit. • Act as the primary voice of the US market, providing structured feedback and driving cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and HQ leadership on GTM positioning and integration needs. • Generate and grow a qualified sales pipeline, establish credibility and trust with early adopters and partners. • Build and document a repeatable GTM motion, including refined sales processes, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, and effective objection handling. • Contribute to localized content (case studies, decks, success stories) and collaborate closely with global teams on enablement and early onboarding workflows. • Own regional growth metrics and consistently reporting on progress and insights. • Represent SleekFlow in local partnerships, industry events, and accelerator ecosystems to build brand awareness and network. Qualifications • 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in sales, partnerships, or GTM strategy. • Proven success in early-stage or new market environments (0→1 experience a huge plus), demonstrating a strong bias for action and execution in ambiguous settings. • A hybrid operator–strategist mindset: You're adept at both hands-on outbound execution and identifying strategic market insights to inform GTM refinements. • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you're not afraid to evangelize and educate. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness, capable of navigating unforeseen challenges and building solutions in a lean environment. • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement/enablement tools. • Deep domain exposure in marketing tech, customer messaging, or e-commerce enablement is a plus. What We Offer • Attractive compensation package including a 13th-month salary • A fun, diverse, and international team culture • Examination & education allowance • Paid birthday leave • “Work From Anywhere” scheme • Rewarding continuous learning from experienced team leads • Many more exciting perks and growth opportunities! Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. SleekFlow is a place where everyone can grow. So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
