They are on the same segment as Byoma and Sunday Riley. With a strong leadership position on Amazon across several skincare categories, the brand is now expanding into brick-and-mortar retail. After a successful launch in Ulta Beauty last year, the company is accelerating its retail footprint and seeking a strategic VP of Sales to lead expansion with Sephora and other key national retailers. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most dynamic players in the beauty industry and shape the next phase of omnichannel growth in the U.S. market. Objective of the Role The main objective of this role is to lead and scale U.S. retail and online sales for the brand. The focus will be on deepening partnerships with Ulta and launching into Sephora, while developing strategic plans to expand into additional brick-and-mortar channels and drive continued success across digital platforms. Ideal Profile The ideal candidate has deep experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in skincare and a successful track record in high-growth, digitally native or omnichannel brands. They have held senior commercial leadership roles—such as VP of Sales or Head of Sales—and bring expertise in launching and scaling brands in major U.S. retailers including Sephora and Ulta. An entrepreneurial mindset and experience with Amazon or other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus. Responsibilities • Lead the U.S. sales strategy and execution across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. • Strengthen and grow the brand’s footprint in Ulta and spearhead the entry into Sephora. • Identify, pitch, and develop new retail partnerships aligned with brand growth objectives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure commercial alignment and retail readiness. • Analyze sales performance and category trends to inform account strategies and promotional planning. • Build and lead a high-performing sales team and nurture strong relationships with key retailer partners. • Own revenue targets, forecasts, and budgeting processes for all retail channels. Requirements • 10+ years of sales experience in the beauty industry, ideally with a strong focus on skincare and omnichannel growth. • Proven success in managing top retail accounts such as Sephora, Ulta, and Amazon. • Experience leading teams and scaling high-growth brands in competitive categories. • Strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and excellent negotiation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
