β’ Reporting: Deliver detailed test execution reports, including defect status, coverage metrics, and quality assessments.
β’ Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct demos during UAT cycles, gather feedback, and support sign-off sessions.
β’ Documentation: Maintain UAT artifacts including test plans, scripts, execution results, and sign-off approvals.
β’ Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-release reviews and contribute to best practices for UAT processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
β’ 3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on UAT or business acceptance testing.

β’ Strong ability to write and execute structured test cases and scripts.
β’ Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile testing concepts.
β’ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools.
β’ Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to think like an end-user.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in presenting findings to stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
β’ Business Analyst skills including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
β’ Experience supporting user training and creating training materials.
