Onward Search is hiring a UX Researcher for our e-commerce client. They are looking for a motivated and experienced UX researcher to lead key research initiatives within the buyer journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy through human-centered insights and contribute across the full product development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead UX research for high-impact features and initiatives
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability studies, interviews, surveys)
• Translate insights into action through storytelling and workshops
• Build strong partnerships with design, product, and business teams
• Help grow and shape the UX research practice at eBay
What You’ll Bring:
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., anthropology, psychology, human factors)
