Core Responsibilities
• Translate market and competitive insights into GTM strategy and phased launch roadmaps, defining clear value propositions and priority segments.
• Design and run A/B-tested growth initiatives across the AARRR funnel—from multichannel acquisition plays to onboarding flows, retention programmes, and referral loops.
• Build SQL-backed dashboards in partnership with Business Analytics to monitor CAC, activation velocity, churn, and ROI; iterate based on cohort insights.
• Segment users by behaviour and lifetime value, crafting incentive ladders, voucher SKUs, and lifecycle campaigns that lift conversion and retention.
• Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders, ensuring growth OKRs are visible, resourced, and delivered in a matrix environment.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in user-growth, GTM, or performance-product roles within O2O or e-commerce, with ownership of large-scale launches that exceeded MAU or revenue targets.
• Advanced data literacy—proficient in SQL and BI tools to size markets, model unit economics, and track funnel efficiency.
• Deep AARRR expertise—demonstrated ability to move users systematically through activation, retention, and monetisation stages.
• Storytelling & enablement excellence—skilled at translating technical features into customer-value narratives and sales collateral that raise win-rates.
• Influence without authority—experienced at driving cross-functional decision-making in a matrix setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering or related field; fluent English required, Arabic or Mandarin considered an advantage.
