Building on strong momentum across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and emerging retail channels, the company is seeking a marketing leader to elevate and expand its global brand presence.
The Opportunity
The VP of Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive 360° brand marketing strategy, designed to maximize consumer engagement, strengthen community advocacy, and fuel omni-channel growth. This leader will oversee global brand activation, content strategy, and demand generation, ensuring the brand consistently outperforms competitors across awareness, consideration, and loyalty. The role will require a visionary thinker with deep expertise in digital-first marketing, community building, and omni-channel activation.
Position Responsibilities:
• Lead global brand marketing strategy and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Design and execute 360° digital-first activation across communications, content, community, and e-commerce.
• Build and scale brand campaigns, media strategies, and toolkits to ensure consistent storytelling across channels.
• Oversee content and activation for social, e-commerce, PR, influencers, ambassadors, and paid media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to align brand initiatives with overall growth goals.
• Track and optimize performance against key brand metrics, including awareness, consideration, trial, and advocacy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand marketing team.

• Proven track record in building and scaling premium consumer brands from the ground-up.
