Job Overview:
The Vice President of Digital Marketing will lead the organization’s digital department, including growth, development, and execution of digital initiatives. Key responsibilities include building, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with current clients and prospects, securing new contracts, driving winning strategies for clients, and providing results. The Vice President of Digital Marketing is also responsible for driving INGAGE’s digital strategy, presence, and performance across platforms.

• Must have deep knowledge and 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing; B2C marketing experience is a strong plus.
• Own and execute the digital strategy across all platforms (website, social media, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, content, email, etc.) in alignment with business and client goals.
• Lead and manage the digital team, ensuring all digital efforts are on-brand, compliant, and high-impact for the business and clients.
• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to advance clients’ priorities and business objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement new digital processes to reduce time and enhance team efficiency in delivering digital services.
• Monitor legislative, regulatory and industry developments and advise clients on potential impacts and opportunities.
• Oversee digital campaign planning, execution, and optimization across key channels (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, paid media, etc.).
• Work closely with public relations, public affairs, and operations teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
• Manage INGAGE’s website performance, user experience, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Protect and elevate the company’s digital brand and external credibility.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns strategies.
• Proven track record of building and managing a matrix/cross-functional team
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
