About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary Vice President of Digital Revenue to lead, integrate, and accelerate growth across all online sales channels. This role will serve as a key member of the leadership team, with responsibility for the strategy, execution, and performance of DTC e-commerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other emerging marketplaces.
This position requires a leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean environment. With a small but growing team, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, drive execution directly, and make high-impact decisions while building the infrastructure and team to scale future growth.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a unified roadmap across Shopify sites, Amazon storefronts, TikTok Shop, and additional marketplaces to deliver consistent year-over-year growth.
β’ Promotional Planning: Guide the creation and execution of promotional calendars that align with seasonal and brand opportunities to maximize revenue.
β’ Innovation & Trends: Leverage consumer insights, competitive analysis, and emerging digital trends to identify high-impact opportunities and drive fast product launches.
β’ Conversion Optimization: Oversee improvements in site UX, merchandising, CRO, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates, order value, and lifetime value.
β’ Marketplace Leadership: Build best-in-class Amazon and marketplace strategies, spanning content, SEO, and paid performance.
β’ Social Commerce Expansion: Scale revenue from TikTok Shop and other social selling platforms through live shopping, influencer campaigns, and new formats.
β’ Retention & Loyalty: Strengthen customer loyalty and lifetime value through advanced email, SMS, and personalized segmentation strategies.
β’ Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing digital team, cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability.
β’ Performance Management: Establish dashboards and insights to track KPIs, guide decision-making, and ensure channel performance.
β’ ROI & Resource Allocation: Audit channels to maximize efficiency, reallocating resources to optimize outcomes.
β’ Budget & Forecasting: Lead digital revenue budgeting and forecasting, aligning investments with growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
β’ 10+ years of leadership in e-commerce and digital marketing with proven results in multi-channel revenue growth.
β’ Demonstrated success in building and executing enterprise-level digital strategies.
β’ Strong background in promotional planning, conversion optimization, and team leadership.
β’ Deep familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and modern digital marketing platforms.
β’ Solid financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting expertise.
Preferred Experience
