Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and talented VP of Digital & Ecommerceto join our team. In this role, you will responsible for the development and execution of performance marketing, digital innovation, and direct-to-consumer E-commerce sales strategy for ONE/SIZE Beauty. The VP of E-commerce and Digital will have full Digital P&L accountability and will be responsible for driving top-and-bottom-line growth. This individual will develop our overall brand digital ecosystem and technical stack, defining and implementing digital marketing strategies and tactics that drive online sales penetration and increase brand awareness and consideration. A leader and an operator, this individual will achieve success by collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders within the sales, social, planning, finance, and marketing teams, shared services teams across Luxury Brand Partners, as well as external partners/vendors.
As a member of the Digital & Ecommerce team, you will collaborate with all teams cross functionally and report directly to the O/S President.
HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.
What You’ll Do
Essential Job Functions
• Lead and oversee the strategy for D2C E-commerce and performance marketing on behalf of ONE/SIZE, providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the E-commerce and Digital team as well as agency partners
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales, conversion, and traffic goals while driving strong ROI and KPI metrics for brand performance media.
• Plan, manage, and optimize the performance marketing budget and tactics for DTC and Sephora, including paid social, SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Display & Retargeting, to drive omnichannel conversion and revenue across our marketing mix while maximizing ROAS and decreasing customer acquisition costs
• Devise an analytics framework for measuring success across our conversion funnel using clickstream analysis, media mix modeling, and other web analytics to guide our decisions through accurate data
• Develop an engaging, high-converting content and promotion calendar for our D2C flagship, driving success along core KPIs, including traffic and conversion
• Lead UX/UI strategies, guiding and optimizing the user experience of the website, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
• Oversee retention marketing, CRM, and loyalty strategies, meeting revenue goals for email/SMS channels, and increasing customer retention and return customer revenue
• Develop strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of a global DTC Ecommerce business including business planning, content strategy & development, budgeting, promotional campaigns, analytics, customer service, email/SMS, and new technology.
• Develop DTC sales plans and provide regular forecasting and analysis
• Provide thought leadership to cross-functional and shared service teams on the operational aspects of E-commerce, including logistics, demand and supply planning, and forecasting
• Be our resident expert on marketing and E-commerce technology, evangelizing new technology and trends in the online digital space across the business and applying the latest best practices to brand channels where appropriate
• Spearhead the strategy, management, and optimization of TikTok Shop, integrating it into the overall e-commerce and performance marketing ecosystem to drive product discovery, conversion, and sales.
• Partner with Creative, Social, and Influencer Marketing teams to develop high-performing TikTok-native content that fuels engagement, virality, and conversion through TikTok Shop.
• Analyze TikTok Shop data and consumer insights to continuously test and refine merchandising, pricing, product selection, and promotional strategies that maximize ROI.
• Stay ahead of emerging social commerce trends and TikTok platform updates, positioning ONE/SIZE as a leader in the social shopping space through early adoption and innovation.
