VP of Marketing
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Preferred) or Remote
We are a leading partner for eCommerce businesses, providing end-to-end Logistics & Fulfillment solutions across diverse industries and merchants. We recently received investment from a leading growth equity firm and are ready to take our growth to the next level by expanding our marketing team! We are seeking a VP of Marketing with experience scaling high-performing teams to join us on delivering our promise to merchants: Stress Less, Grow More.
This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee a marketing team of seven today and will double by the end of the year. You will own Product Marketing, Growth, Content, Digital and Partnerships with the primary goal of increasing our market share while supporting a seamless customer experience throughout the buyer’s journey.
Responsibilities
• Team & Budget Management. Build and develop a high-performance marketing organization that is focused on connecting with ecommerce merchants. You’ll also be responsible for translating the company goals into initiatives as OKRs.
• Demand Generation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our lead flow is healthy and the Digital Marketing Team is held accountable for driving bottom line growth through budgeting, planning, reporting and analysis.
• Brand & Content. Work closely with the stakeholders in product, growth, and merchant experience to develop a communications & content strategy that drives top-of-funnel awareness, sales enablement, and product adoption. Assist in the development of brand storytelling to ensure it is in line with overall positioning and voice.
• Product Marketing. Help refine the roadmap and prioritize the team’s initiatives based on business goals, user needs, and timeline management. Define, analyze, and present critical metrics to inform decision making & measure success of new go-to-market strategies.
• Partnerships.- have an incredible network of strategic partners and vendors that can play a more prominent role in driving future growth. You’ll lead the formal development of our partnership ecosystem from recruiting high-value partners to tracking performance and everything in between.
