Position Description
We’re looking for a strategic, consumer-obsessed, and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead SkinnyDipped’s marketing efforts into its next era of growth. This is a key leadership role responsible for setting the vision for the brand, guiding a high-performing team, and building an authentic, lasting relationship between our products and the people who love them.
You’ll lead the full marketing function—team, budget, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives—with a strong emphasis on inspiring and motivating teams, cultivating community, and deeply understanding our consumer’s mindset. Your ability to translate brand values into marketing strategies that resonate emotionally and culturally will be central to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Consumer Connection:
• Define and evolve SkinnyDipped’s brand vision rooted in deep consumer insight and cultural awareness
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that balance long-term brand equity with near-term performance
• Lead compelling 360° campaigns that spark awareness, drive affinity, and foster brand love
• Ensure consistent, values-driven storytelling across every brand touchpoint
Community, Digital & Influencer Marketing:
• Build a dynamic, scalable strategy for digital, social, influencer, and PR channels
• Turn cultural trends into meaningful brand moments that resonate with our audience
• Guide the voice and tone of SkinnyDipped’s social presence, ensuring it stays fresh, relevant, and deeply connected to our consumer
• Champion a community-first mindset, cultivating authentic relationships that go beyond transactions
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, creative, digital, and communications
• Foster a team culture centered on creativity, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Innovation, and Operations to align marketing strategy with business goals
Marketing Operations & Business Impact:
• Own the marketing budget ensuring strategic, efficient, and ROI-driven decision-making
• Set KPIs, measure performance rigorously, and continuously optimize for effectiveness
• Roll up your sleeves when needed—whether shaping creative, testing new ideas, or analyzing insights to improve impact
