As our Vice President of Global Social Media Operations, you’ll architect and lead the systems, tools, and talent that scale our global digital presence. This role is not about daily posts or campaigns—it’s about building the operational backbone of a world-class social media engine. You’ll drive strategy, infrastructure, governance, and innovation across regions, platforms, and disciplines, while aligning social execution with enterprise priorities.

Social Operations Strategy & Execution
• Create and refine global frameworks, playbooks, KPIs, and governance for social media operations
• Translate strategy into scalable execution across paid, owned, earned, and social commerce channels
Cross-Functional & International Collaboration
• Align stakeholders across creative, data, media, legal, influencer, and customer experience teams
• Ensure smooth collaboration between regional and global teams to drive consistency and local impact
Tech Stack Ownership & Innovation
• Own the vision and roadmap for social media tools and platforms (publishing, analytics, UGC, listening, and more)
• Pilot emerging capabilities—AI, automation, generative content, social shopping—and scale high-impact solutions
Talent Strategy & Team Development
• Define in-house vs. agency model and lead resource planning across central and local teams
• Drive enablement, training, and community-building to grow social media expertise at all levels
• Champion an inclusive culture across diverse global teams and partners
Performance, Risk, and Brand Health
• Monitor social intelligence to proactively manage brand safety, sentiment, and crises
• Ensure compliance with evolving policies and regulatory standards across platforms and markets
• Present executive-level reporting on performance trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
🎯 What You Bring
• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media leadership
• 5+ years in a global, matrixed organization, leading high-scale operational transformation
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, MarTech, and content systems (organic, paid, influencer, UGC, commerce)
• Experience consolidating tech stacks, building global workflows, or leading enterprise in-housing initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills—comfortable working with C-suite
• Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, structure, and cross-functional alignment
