Role description
Bettervits is one of the UK's fastest growing nutrition brands and we're on a mission to become the biggest. Driven by science and delivered with care, our range of nutritional products have helped us bring our customers one step closer to their better selves.
Weβre looking for a DTC Video Editor to join our remote creative team. Youβll be responsible for bringing our ad scripts to life across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and turning raw footage or UGC into scroll-stopping video ads that convert. This is a performance role: speed, testing, and creativity are equally important.
What Youβll Be Doing:
β’ Editing direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube with platform-native pacing and style
β’ Bringing scripts to life with dynamic visuals, captions, sound effects and graphic overlays
β’ Understanding the creative strategy behind each edit: optimising content for hooks, CTA timing, scroll-stopping intros and retention
β’ A/B testing creative variations and iterating fast based on performance feedback
β’ Working with UGC, voiceover, stock footage and product renders to build high-performing ads
β’ Collaborating with the marketing team to meet creative deadlines and evolve concepts
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Proven experience editing paid social ads for DTC or eCommerce brands at scale
β’ Strong knowledge of how to build ads that convert (hook, value prop, testimonials, CTA, etc.)
β’ Solid grasp of platform best practices especially for Meta and TikTok
β’ Skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent)
β’ Ability to source footage, clean up audio, colour match, and add text/GFX overlays quickly
β’ Confident creating multiple versions of a single edit for testing angles, formats or hooks
β’ Fast turnaround times and a strong sense of ownership over your work
β’ Creative thinker who can make simple footage look polished and compelling
Bonus if you also:
β’ Have experience with motion design or animation
β’ Have edited for wellness, health or skincare brands
β’ Can work with voiceover and design captions that support storytelling
