Role description
Our client is looking for a highly experienced VP of Marketing to join their team. This role is focused on B2B Lead Generation. This role is Hybrid, onsite 3-4 days week in our clients downtown River North location. This is an exciting role for an exceptional leader and strong communicator to step into the VP of Marketing role to oversee a shared-service marketing function across a portfolio of 5 companies. You'll be responsible for leading strategy to execution across verticals and brands to scale revenue. The ideal candidates would be a well rounded marketing professional with the ability to lead marketing strategy, lead generation, and brand story telling to drive growth across all business units. Strong knowledge of the sales funnel from a B2B perspective. Leading across digital, web, SEO, social, eComm, paid media, events and tradeshows to drive lead generation to increase revenue across brands while promoting the companies planet first sustainability platform. Requirements Of The VP Of Marketing โ€ข 12+ years integrated marketing experiences, 5+ years leadership role, MBA preferred โ€ข B2B experience, experience scaling multiple brands โ€ข Experience building lead generation systems that drive measurable revenue โ€ข Strong understanding of the sales funnel, how to drive sales and go-to market strategy โ€ข Strong knowledge of paid and social media outlets โ€ข Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM โ€ข Familiar with SEO tools, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign manger, Meta ads, GA4, Canva โ€ข Background in real estate, building, commercial furniture Responsibilities Of The VP Of Marketing โ€ข Developing and executing multi brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals โ€ข Building, leading, and mentoring a high performance marketing team โ€ข Establishing clear lead generation, brand awareness, and digital campaign KPI's โ€ข Developing regular performance reporting to track campaign success โ€ข Redesigning CRM and marketing automation funnel for ROI โ€ข Managing annual report budgets across brands โ€ข Overseeing paid search and social strategy (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, retargeting) โ€ข Driving PR, social, and content through story telling and customer testimonials โ€ข Leading website, SEO and eComm optimization โ€ข Coordinating event marketing, tradeshows, and though leadership opportunities โ€ข Partnering with sales and Business Development to drive the hand off process from marketing to sales In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
