Role description
Freebird is a 9-figure, bootstrapped DTC rocketship with massive momentum β and yet, we've barely scratched the surface on influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing. We're looking for a senior operator and builder to create and own this new function from the ground up and scale it into a $1M+/month revenue channel within 6 months.
As VP of Partnerships, Influencer, and Affiliate Marketing, you'll act as the CEO of this growth vertical, with full ownership over strategy, execution, tooling, recruiting, and outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with our Paid, Creative, Amazon, and Retention teams to drive efficient growth, channel diversification, creative output, and net-new revenue across all customer touchpoints β DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and beyond.

β’ Build and Scale a High-ROI Influencer Engine
β’ Lead the influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (organic, paid, and hybrid).
β’ Own performance modeling, licensing, usage rights, and creator management.
β’ Use creator content to fuel paid media, Amazon PDPs, and awareness campaigns.
β’ Prioritize net-new customer acquisition, CAC efficiency, and repeatable creator success.
β’ Own the affiliate channel across DTC, Amazon Influencer, and TikTok Shop.
β’ Recruit and activate high-converting publishers, creators, and review sites.
β’ Build exclusive offers, landing pages, and bundles to drive performance.
β’ Utilize platforms like Impact, Refersion, or Social Snowball to track and scale.
β’ Build and manage a high-volume TikTok Shop creator community.
β’ Activate Spark Ads, creator storefronts, live selling, and repurposed UGC.
β’ Partner with agencies, creator networks, and live-sell operators to drive velocity.
β’ Leverage TikTok as a direct response engine for both DTC and Amazon.
β’ Build a high-throughput gifting engine (500-1,000 creators/month).
β’ Automate seeding workflows to generate UGC at scale and optimize post-rate.
β’ Use UGC to drive organic reach, social proof, creative testing, and cost savings.
β’ Track creator content usage and repurpose for email, PDPs, paid ads, and retail.
β’ Use creators and affiliates to support Amazon velocity, SEO rankings, and retail sell-through.
β’ Partner with Growth, Amazon, and Retail teams to run creator-powered launches.
β’ Build always-on influencer campaigns to drive search lift and omnichannel momentum.
β’ Attribute halo effect and influence across blended CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
β’ Hire and lead a lean, high-performing team to execute the vision.
β’ Stand up the systems, playbooks, SOPs, and tooling to scale efficiently.
β’ Create dashboards and reporting infrastructure to track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
β’ Ensure visibility across leadership by tying results back to business performance.
Requirements
β’ 7-10+ years of experience building and scaling influencer, affiliate, or creator programs.
β’ Proven success driving $500K-$5M+/month in performance creator revenue.
β’ Deep platform expertise: TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon Influencer.
β’ Fluency in Spark Ads, creator licensing, gifting, and affiliate tech stacks (Impact, Refersion, etc.).
β’ Extremely performance- and data-driven β fluent in CAC, ROAS, LTV, and incrementality.
