The Opportunity (open to hiring in Kansas City, Toronto, Vancouver, or Utah)
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President of Product Management to lead our commercial product strategy. This is a critical role that will own the product vision and roadmap for all revenue-generating aspects of our business, from initial customer engagement to booking and beyond. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2C customer journeys, monetization, and a proven track record of driving significant growth in a service-based or marketplace environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of how customers interact with our brand and how we drive profitability for our franchise partners.
πΌ A DAY IN THE LIFE
β’ Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the commercial product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will be responsible for defining key metrics, identifying market opportunities, and aligning the product strategy with overall business goals for growth and profitability.
β’ Monetization & Pricing: Drive the product strategy for all pricing models, promotions, and monetization initiatives to maximize revenue and margin. This includes dynamic pricing, package offerings, and optimizing the value exchange for our customers and franchise partners.
β’ Customer Journey & Conversion: Lead the product development of our core customer-facing applications, including the website, booking engine, and mobile tools. Your focus will be on optimizing conversion funnels, reducing friction, and creating a world-class digital experience that translates to higher booking rates.
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Franchisee Relations to ensure the commercial product strategy is integrated and supported across the organization.
β’ Data-Driven Decisions: Champion a data-first approach, using analytics, A/B testing, and user research to inform product decisions, validate assumptions, and measure the impact of new features.
β’ Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
