Accountabilities:
β’ Design and lead a scalable sales strategy focused on mid-market and enterprise clients, with a strong outbound and ABM approach
β’ Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team including SDRs, AEs, and Strategic Account Directors
β’ Own top-line revenue growth, sales forecasting, and pipeline velocity across deal stages
β’ Personally drive and close high-value contracts in the $100K-$5M+ range with CMOs and executive stakeholders
β’ Implement sales systems and infrastructure using tools like HubSpot and Gong, ensuring clear metrics and performance tracking
β’ Align closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure market-informed offers, pricing, and messaging

Requirements
β’ 7-15+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in a sales leadership role within agency, consultancy, or service-based businesses
β’ Proven track record of scaling sales organizations to $20M-$100M+ in revenue
β’ Expertise in enterprise deal cycles, outbound strategy, consultative selling, and high-stakes negotiation
β’ Experience managing full-cycle sales teams and implementing CRM, reporting, and forecasting systems
β’ Deep understanding of the e-commerce growth stack: media buying, creative, UGC, and influencer marketing
β’ High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
