Role description
We are seeking a seasoned Web Analytics professional to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for our digital analytics and marketing measurement ecosystem. This role will lead initiatives to optimize and evolve web analytics infrastructure, including the development of attribution models, tagging strategies, and cross-functional integration with engineering, analytics, and digital marketing teams.
Strategize with business stakeholders to solution web analytics plans based on customer journey/behavior, traffic acquisition, website performance, and other KPIs. Manage a team of tagging engineers to ensure quality tagging of eCommerce features for data collection and analysis. (Functional / project management β not direct reports) Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for web analytics Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in web analytics products and the broader digital marketing landscape.
Contract Duration: 3 β 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Adobe Analytics, including advanced usage of eVars, props, events, and Customer Journey Analytics.
β’ Solid understanding of web tracking technologies such as site tagging, pixels, and data layers.
β’ Strong background in analyzing web traffic, user engagement, conversion metrics, and attribution methodologies.
β’ Experience in leading technical analytics initiatives or project teams (functional leadership; not direct people management
Desired Skills & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
β’ Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics certification.
β’ Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation methodologies.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools.
β’ Experience with tools such as Rockerbox, Google Analytics, Excel, and Power BI.
