Role Overview
The role of the Analytics & Insights Specialist is to enhance the performance of spacenk.com & app through customer-led, data-driven insights. Acting as the analytical engine of the digital trading team, youβll monitor and interpret the performance of our web funnel and customer journeys, turning data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact trading decisions and customer experience across UK, International & App.
Web Funnel & Customer Journey Analysis
β’ Accountable for full web funnel analysis across markets and devices providing insights and proposed actions of tests based on learnings.
β’ Partner with the Digital Trading Specialists to share insights and highlight optimisation opportunities at each funnel stage.
β’ Identify key drop-off points, friction areas and behavioural trends using tools like Contentsquare, Qliksense, and Salesforce.
β’ Produce journey-specific insights segmented by customer type and marketing channel.
Trading Insight & Performance Reporting
β’ Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across digital KPIs: demand, conversion, ATV, abandonment, and UPT.
β’ Work closely with Digital Trading Specialists to deliver relevant insights that support their daily trading decisions.
β’ Collaborate with the Digital Trading Lead on period trade reviews and forecasting input.
Optimisation
β’ Partnering closely with the Tech team (product managers, designers and developers) collaborate to implement data-driven website enhancements.
β’ Help prioritise web and app improvements by quantifying impact and opportunity.
β’ Translate insights into hypotheses and recommendations that are measurable and actionable
SEO & Digital Performance
β’ Work closely with the digital marketing team to improve organic search performance.
β’ Ensure website tagging and tracking are correctly implemented for accurate data collection.
β’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and optimisation.
Skills & Experience Required
β’ Proven experience in web analytics and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) within ecommerce
β’ Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Qliksense, Contentsquare or similar tools.
β’ Knowledge of SEO principles and website tagging implementation.
β’ Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
