Job Listing: Web Developer (6-Month Contract – Full Time) Fully Remote | $43/hour | Flexible Hours | Potential for Extension We’re hiring a Web Developer to join us on a 6-month contract to bring a digital platform to life. This is a hands on role for someone who can step into a partially built system, take the handoff, and confidently move it to completion. You’ll work on a modern, challenge based learning platform that blends subscription logic, gamified experiences, and scalable user management tools, all built on Drupal 10.5, AWS, and Stripe. What You’ll Build: • Completion of our partially developed site based on Drupal 10.5+ • Subscription based e-commerce via Stripe, including auto-renewals, free trials, and bulk purchases • A multi-level user access system (Admin > Manager > Employee), scoped to support token based registration and approvals • A dynamic challenge interface with versioning, scoring, and team coin logic tied to user dashboards • AWS infrastructure management (EC2, RDS, VPC) including performance optimization, caching, and security Your Skills: • Strong experience in Drupal (10.5+), Group module, and custom entity development • Proven track record deploying and managing AWS environments • Confidence integrating and managing Stripe Subscriptions with webhooks • Ability to step into a mid-project handoff, troubleshoot, and deliver high-quality, scalable code • Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and modern UI/UX best practices Role Details: • Contract: 6 months, full-time (40 hrs/week) • Rate: $43/hour ($90,000/year equivalent) • Location: Fully Remote • Start Date: ASAP • Potential for Extension: Based on performance and business needs • Clear technical handoff with detailed documentation and staging environment • A chance to shape a unique product with a strong mission and high engagement potential The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools.
