Who You Are
The Web Performance team is responsible for improving the customer journey across our public-facing web experience. As Product Manager, Web Performance, you will support the Director of Web Performance in delivering roadmap initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and web performance improvements. Your focus will be on translating business goals and stakeholder inputs into action, and supporting the planning, coordination, and optimization of key web workflows and features.
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, an analytical and UX-minded approach, and a passion for improving digital experiences with measurable outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office, with two in-office days per week including Thursday.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
• Support the Director of Web Performance in delivering high-impact projects aligned to marketing and growth priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent website projects balancing prioritization to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work cross-functionally to clarify goals, document development requirements, and track execution of web updates, enhancements, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, copywriting, paid media, SEO, development, and analytics to ensure successful delivery.
• Leverage user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data to inform prioritization and iterate on digital experience optimizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine customer personas, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify areas of friction and opportunity.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, SEO, and Analytics teams to ensure launches are aligned with messaging, KPIs, and tracking.
• Maintain a consistent rhythm of performance reporting, helping to define and monitor success metrics and OKRs for web initiatives.
• Write clear documentation and updates that communicate rationale, goals, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of product management or related experience in web, marketing tech, or digital product environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital projects (websites, media campaigns, content marketing, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, PPC, email, social, etc.)
• Ability to “translate” business needs into technical requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with web analytics (e.g., GA4, Looker, Amplitude) and experimentation practices.
• Working knowledge of modern CMS platforms (Contentful preferred).
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance best practices.
• Comfortable working in agile development environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Experience supporting go-to-market, growth marketing, or customer acquisition programs in a B2B or SaaS context.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $127,000.00 - $173,300.00 per year.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
