Role description
Website & CRO Manager - Hospitality Central London (3-4 days office based) £50,000 - £60,000 We’re working with a fast-scaling Hospitality business in London to help them find their next Website & CRO Manager. Already operating over 20 hotels across key international hubs, this profitable company is aiming to double that footprint by 2028. They are privately owned and PE backed and are on a mission to reinvent digital guest experiences. As their Ecommerce Manager, you will lead the charge in modernising the website's user experience, owning CRO testing, managing key agency relationships and optimising the direct booking journey to reduce reliance on OTA's. You will have a direct line into the VP of Digital and strong visibility across the C-Suite. The Role: • Website Management: Manage daily website operations, working closely with developers to improve UX and conversion. • CRO: Own testing roadmaps across checkout, landing pages and user journeys to drive measurable uplift, developing and executing A/B testing. • SEO & Tech Assistance: Partner with agencies on SEO execution and marketing tag accuracy via Google Tag Manager. • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver insights through data analytics, setting clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. • Project Management: Lead web-based projects from discovery to implementation - including SSO, CRM flows and redesign rollouts. Ideal Candidate: • Ecommerce experience in a small-medium sized business • Ideally worked in the Travel or Hospitality space • Strong hands on experience in website management, CRO testing and landing page optimisation. • Familiarity with Drupal (or similar CMS) • Strong project management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with developers and 3rd party agencies • Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented and technically curiosity to solve complex digital problems fast • Confident subject-matter expert who can represent UX well in the business.
